Welcome to ATC, the area’s top martial
arts, leadership development, self-defense program. ATC has been offering professional martial arts training in California
for the past 20 years. ATC is a Beginner to Master Training level academy that
offers top instruction from World Certified Grandmasters, Masters and Instructors.
Grandmaster
Spillmann, founder of ATC, believes ATC is a place of complete learning. He works hard to hone
the skills of all Masters and Black Belts in the superior ATC instructional methods. Grandmaster Spillmann
is continually working hard to improve his instructors’ understanding of techniques in TaeKwonDo, HapKiDo, Karate and
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Grandmaster
Spillmann also personally teaches all Masters and instructors the methods of positive thinking, positive living, great instruction
and professionalism. This way Grandmaster Spillmann can insure that ATC students are learning from some
of the very best, well balanced, professional martial art teachers in the world.
Grandmaster Spillmann has
personally developed many top masters who teach in many cities in the United States and other countries. Those same
Masters continue their training under ATC or TaeKwonDo International and the many other organizations of which Grandmaster
Spillmann is a senior director or vice president.
If you are a beginner or a Black Belt and you want to learn from

and Black Belts are being trained and updated on all new methods of instruction by world renowned Grandmaster Spillmann and

Students graduating from our ATC leadership programs not only have learned practical self defense and great
martial arts, they have moved on to top universities like Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, Stanford, Princeton, Cornell, MIT, Annapolis,
West Point, Berkley and many other top Universities. Those same students have gone on to become Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers
or Business, Community and Military Leaders. Several of these top academic individuals have returned to ATC to open
an academy and pass those same leadership benefits and martial arts training to others.
ATC martial arts training is about improving students lives, culturing the students, overcoming fears, overcoming
obstacles, persevering, developing leadership skills and balancing the mind & body with martial arts training

ATC also differs from many other martial arts schools in that

Turlock and our world locations in India, Brazil and Peru. ATC Member Schools
are licensed and authorized to teach our extensive curriculum, and must meet ATC's rigorous standards and guidelines.
All ATC schools are professionally operated, are World Certified and offer world certification to its instructors and students.
Only ATC authorized equipment and uniforms are permitted in class.

- ATC Grandmasters and Masters have competed and trained in many countries.
- ATC Grandmasters have a minimum of 35 years training
- ATC Masters and Instructors
spend a minimum of 12 years training.
- ATC Staff members are trained in CPR.
- ATC Staff implement positive
motivational instruction in classes.
- ATC Staff Members are background checked and drug tested.
- ATC Masters and
Instructors are certified by top world organizations.
- ATC Masters must attend bi-annual ATC training
camps to insure quality instruction.
- ATC Masters and Instructors attend Federation Seminars to maintain top instruction.
- ATC Grandmasters,
Masters and Instructors are updated regularly on current Self Defense trends.
- ATC Students
must attend the required classes and meet all requirements to belt test.
- ATC Students
test if the meet the requirements and the skills need to advance.
- ATC Is not a McDojo a Black Belt takes an average
of 4 to 9 years depending on the style.
- ATC TaeKwonDo, HapKiDo, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing are taught in different classes
- ATC Is a Self
Defense and Leadership Training Program.

ATC Masters are paid like a school teacher,
and they must follow the same strict guidelines and etiquette. If an ATC master cannot maintain our teaching guidelines, positive
mental attitude and respect, they are asked to leave. This way ATC can assure you, as a student, are in good hands and you
are learning from the best. At times, some students get upset with Grandmaster Spillmann for a Master leaving, but Grandmaster
Spillmann does what he feels is best for his ATC family.
